Carl holds an MBA from Babson College, Boston, where he was Platinum-Triangle Fulbright Scholar in Entrepreneurship, and graduated top of his class. He also has a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) from Massey University, in New Zealand, and was awarded the 2O11 Massey University Distinguished Young Alumni.

Corey brings 25+ years of experience in the field of leadership development built by consulting with companies around the globe and as head of Executive Development at a Fortune 3O retailer. Corey has led, consulted, coached and designed leadership programs for a wide variety of organizations around the globe.

Tim brings 2O+ years of experience working with businesses to understand their customers, develop teams and improve processes, systems, and performance. He has worked with both small startup businesses and large corporates in Northern Europe and New Zealand, and recently has been leading change improvement programs in the health sector. Tim holds a Master’s in Business Studies (Change Management), a Bachelor of Technology with 1st Class Honors and is certified with the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

At work, I play the role of an Explorer, helping shape Adeption’s global operations and HR strategy.

Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new cuisines, and cherishing motherhood with my 22-month-old daughter. My dream is to see the world through her eyes while discovering new places together.

Gemma brings 2O years of experience across marketing and communications. She has worked in corporates, advertising agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and central government — telling stories that matter, making complex ideas simple, and reaching people to drive real action and change. She is motivated by human connection and using the power of communication for social impact.

Mark brings 25+ years experience in sales, facilitation and coaching having worked with organisations across the world through a number of consultancies including his own business. Mark inspires meaningful conversations and is passionate about what enables organisations, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.

Mark holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University in Birmingham, UK. He is a coach supervisor, an executive coach and member of the ICF, an NLP practitioner and loves facilitation and coaching that lifts and shifts personal and leadership development.

Mark lives in Waiuku south of Auckland, NZ with his wife Samantha, four children Alanah, Soraya, Jole and Khouri and cats Arty & Nova. He loves the forests and rugged beaches on the West Coast and body boarding with the kids so that the black sands get everywhere at home!

In my role, I’m responsible for mentoring my team members on development tasks, making key decisions about technical matters, product deliverables and much more. Outside of work, I love to do yoga to maintain my inner peace and health. I also love learning new skills in artwork.

Tim brings over 2O years of Fortune 5OO leadership experience in sales and marketing to the Adeption team. From San Diego, California, throughout his career has surrounded himself with leaders and mentors that shared with him the power of learning and human development. Learning from that, he is on a mission to share it. Tim is an avid traveller, lover of cultures and people, Pilates coach, and really good dog dad. He holds an BA in Political Science from San Diego State University and a MBA from South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Renee has over 20 years of experience helping global companies tackle business challenges surrounding team development, culture, productivity and more. Renee helps leaders shift from command-and-control organizational structures to more people-positive, flexible and adaptive systems using self-management best practices, team wisdom, and safe-to-try experiments. She is passionate about teaching teams how to work better together in ways that are real, authentic and practical, and weaves this wisdom into amazing digital experiences for clients.

With a career spanning restaurant ownership, fraud investigation, and executive lending roles, Launa brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her role as Senior Customer Experience Lead. Her career has been defined by one mission: mastering the customer experience. As a Senior Customer Experience Lead, she leverages her varied background to drive project success and augment the value of every deliverable. Her passion lies at the intersection of effective project management and innovative problem-solving

Outside of work, she loves spending time at her home on the river with her family, which includes her husband, her two dogs and two parrots. She loves kayaking and cooking up new and interesting dishes in the kitchen! She also loves to travel, which usually finds her visiting family in Colorado, Minnesota and Florida.

I’m an AI & Full Stack Engineer with experience building scalable web applications and production-grade AI systems. I thrive in environments where engineering meets AI innovation, and I’m always exploring ways to bring intelligence, automation, and performance into meaningful products.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Communications from the University of Auckland. She has been with the organization for five years, working across a range of roles within the Customer Experience team. Prior to this, Caitlin gained experience in customer service and administration roles within local government and the property industry. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading and walks with her dog, Bodhi.

Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in creative direction and leadership development, designing digital experiences that help leaders think more deeply and act more intentionally. He’s especially interested in how networks and emerging technology shape the future of leadership. At home, he’s usually spending time with his family, gaming, or out enjoying the Colorado outdoors.

Devyn’s background is in brand marketing, experiential marketing and production management. She loves developing customer-led marketing solutions and, in her spare time, enjoys spending time at the beach, in the bush or buried in a good book.

Curtis brings over 10 years of diverse Learning & Development experience to the Adeption team, spanning industries from aerospace to finance. He holds a B.S. in Technical Writing and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design from Utah State University. Excelling at identifying gaps to deliver impactful solutions, he is dedicated to managing a platform where leaders can grow. Off the clock, he loves to get lost on pavement on his road bike, race in criteriums, and spend time outside with his family.

At Adeption, my role is a QA Engineer, which involves handling Manual as well as Automation testing activities on the platform. Bike riding is my first love, so whenever I get time, I go for a solo ride. Apart from this, I am a fitness freak, what I think is “The only bad workout is one you didn’t do”.
